The SEAG Entrance Assessment is for pupils transferring from primary to post-primary education whose families are considering a SEAG school place. While we help parents and pupils navigate the transfer test process with confidence, we are not affiliated with SEAG NI.
Who are SEAG NI?
The Schools’ Entrance Assessment Group (SEAG) manages the transfer test in Northern Ireland. Designed to assist academic selection for grammar schools, this test ensures a standardized evaluation process.
Managed by GL Assessment: With over 40 years of experience, GL Assessment creates and grades the papers, adding credibility and fairness to the system.
Results are used by schools to make placement decisions based on academic performance.
